24" returns to Midway Island. The pacific barrier squadron operated
33 EC121Ks and 3 C121s out of Barbers Point, Oahu, Hawaii, to provide
radar early warning from the Aleutian ADIZ to Midway. Flight and CIC crews
2840 mile flights from Midway to Midway during eighteen-day deployments
